Shipping policy

We take pride in crafting every order with care and precision. Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be completed. Once your order is ready, it will be delivered to the PUDO locker closest to your location. You’ll receive a message with a unique PIN to collect your package at this location as soon as it’s ready for pick-up.

You must collect your order within 36 hours, or it will expire, and you will need to pay for shipping again.
